APTIM Federal Services, LLC, in collaboration with the Texas State Office of Energy Conservation (SECO, for its acronym in English), will host a free, virtual event in Spanish to inform the Texas public about the new programs of home energy rebates: Home Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR).

These programs will offer rebates to eligible households — up to $8,000 under HOMES and up to $14,000 under HEAR — to make energy-efficient home improvements and reduce energy costs.

The event will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 and will address the following topics:
